TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PRIZE DRAW)

The rules applicable to the prize draws that are displayed on the site are mentioned as below:

  1. For the purpose of using this website, you must first register yourself and then choose one or more areas of your interest and choose a password. The registration will be free of cost. During the registration process you have to give us the contact information (such as name, street address, email address, date of birth, and gender etc.).

  2.  By submitting your information you agree to receive offers regarding the products and/or services mentioned on our website in which you have showed interest. Such offers will be sent by offers2win, its sponsors, clients and/or third parties.

  3. After you are registered with offers2win, you will receive a welcome email and a weekly or monthly newsletter covered with great prizes for you to win.

  4. There shall only be one entry per person, per prize draw in any one calendar month.

  5. There will be only one winner for one prize draw.

  6. Contestant must be a UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the contest.

  7. Contestant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  8. A person having any connection with offers2win or any of the sponsors is ineligible.

  9. The closing date for entries is last date of every month

  10. The winner will be randomly selected by computer, the next day to the closing date and notified via email mostly within 48 hours.

  11. Winners must claim the prize within 10 days of the draw.

  12. The winner will be asked to confirm the postal address before dispatching the prize.

  13. Winner will be required to send us his/her age proof and identity proof. For e.g. copy of driving license, passport etc.

  14. Winners name will be published on the 'Winners page' following receipt of the required documents as mentioned above and a confirmation of the postal address.

  15. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of any prize, the same shall    be substituted by a cash prize or a prize of similar price or specification.

  16. Return of any prize or prize notification as " ‘undeliverable’ due to incorrect address" will result in disqualification of the person but if the prize is returned as ‘undelivered’ due to some other reason, then the winner must contact offers2win, within next 2 working days and must pay the delivery charges within 5 working days from the date of this communication in order to get the prize delivered again.

  17. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of offers2win, if found disregarding the terms and conditions stated.

  18. Sponsors of the offers2win have their own privacy policies and some have their own opt-in statements, offers2win recommends that you read and understand this information.

  19. Offers2win expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold offers2win (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.


  20. Offers2win and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities are not responsible for:

    1. any condition caused by events beyond the control of Offers2win that may cause an Offers2win Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;

    2. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in any Offers2win Contest; or

    3. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with any Offers2win Contest. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified.

  21. Offers2win is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii. telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii. errors in transmission; or iv. prize deliveries attempted but not received.


  22. Offers2win is not responsible or liable in any way for any defects in the prize. The manufacturer of the product will be solely responsible for the same.

  23. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.

  24. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries will be accepted.

  25. Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

  26. Offers2win reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter,  cancel or suspend any Offers2win Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Offers2win, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Offers2win.

  27. In the event of cancellation, Offers2win may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.
